During this hackathon, several cases about sports and vitality were presented by Human Total Care and EHL. Together in a team of 6 fellow master students, we developed two designs for a case about burnouts. One design, AMP is an interactive training centered around trying to get an imaginary co-worker overworked as badly and as quickly as possible. The other, Ripple, is a peripheral indicator of change in a company, with the idea of sparking conversation about what may have changed, and whether this change was healthy or not.
